Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long will my order take?
We aim to have most products to you within 7-10 days.
If time sensitive, please call ahead to check stock levels prior to ordering for a more accurate delivery date.
Some items are shipping direct from our stores, others can be shipped from different warehouses across Australia. If we can't fulfill your order within the expected time frame you will be notified and given the option to choose a different product, or receive a full refund.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
No. Orders are only available within Australia.
Can I return Bathroom goods?
You are protected by the manufacturers warranty if any faults arise and we will work with you on the quickest and easiest resolution should you need assistance.
For change of mind, returns will incur a 25% restocking fee. Please note the shipping fee is non refundable and items will need to be returned at your own cost. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with no damage to qualify for a refund.
Can I return Flooring?
No. These items have come direct from the manufacturer and are not returnable.
In many cases you will have additional planks leftover from your project, which can be used should any get damaged in the future.
Ordering
Is this item in stock?
Some of our items are shipped direct from our warehouse, and in some case can be sent direct from the manufacturer.
Please reach out to us and we will check available stock points closest to your location.
Flooring
How do I order Flooring?
Simply fill out the form on your chosen product.
Our team will contact you with a quote as well as shipping options to have your flooring delivered to you, or your nearest depot.
How much flooring do I need?
As a rule, we recommend adding 7% on top of your m2 for wastage.
If you're unsure, please send us your plans for a free take-off and quote.
